Publicly Available Implementation Guides

In 2024, the Addiction Technology Transfer Center Network (ATTC) Coordinating Office oversaw a gathering of CM experts to inform the following report on best practices related to seeking Training and Technical Assistance for CM. While the whole report may provide some insight into what to look for in CM TTA, one area to note is Appendix A (formerly known as “Appendix J” in an earlier SAMHSA NOFO) which lists required elements for approved CM education.

Recovery Incentives Program: California’s Contingency Management Benefit has made their program manual available to the public. While some aspects may be specific to the Medicaid-funded program in California, much of the manual could apply to CM in general.
